A fundamental feature needs to be added to queues.
That is ....
If caller is in queue for longer than X minutes then redirect to Alias Y.

Ah yes, I am migrating from another provider and was looking for this option on the Queue page. It shouldn't ever happen but I want a failsafe against someone queuing forever! At the moment we redirect someone to a special callback voicemail once they've queued for 10minutes.

This would be perfect for us as there isn't always someone in the office to take calls. Diverting to a voicemail after a specified time would be usefull.
