Currently under > Billing > Calls there is the subsection "My Inbound Call Logs" from the headings It looks as though some development was started to show more than just answered calls:
Date Received Calls Duration Missed Calls Busy Calls.
Whilst these fields are present the only data shown is for answered calls, it would be a nice feature if we could see who answered the calls at an extension level rather than just a hunt group level as well as missed calls.

I have just added this to the ideas board myself. This would be a great feature to have to help improve KPI's.

I think this is a brillaiant idea and well needed I run a samll sales team its easy to see whos making the call but as we use hunts groups its impossible to tell whos actually been taking incoming calls what would be great is a report for both incoming and out going calls at extension level which can be exported to excell

Sounds brilliant, it would be great to have queue waiting times/speed of answer as well perhaps in the future

I was asking about this ages ago it really needs this feature there no point hvaing outbound reports if you extensions take outbound and inbound calls
please please lets have this -

This really needs to be addressed. I find it incredible that this has not been made a priority, it's a definite deal breaker for Service based companies looking to find a new phone provider. Sorry to say but if this report is not made available very soon we will have to switch to another service - it's that important!

I have an extension at home. If I am using the phone, and someone calls the office, and does not leave a message, my handset cannot give me any indication that I have had a missed call, and neither will the call logs on the system.
I therefore have no way of knowing that I HAVE missed a call, short of getting in the car and driving to the office to check, and no way of chasing that potentially missed business.
We need missed calls to be logged, and details optionally emailed, unless the CLID has been withheld.
In addition, as the original poster said, we need to be able to see which extension number in a hunt group actually answered the call, and how long the call was ringing for, so that companies can properly work out staffing requirements.-
As a quick fix to the working at home problem, install a free softphone on the computer you use at home- Counterpath's X-Lite will be fine. Register it with the same extension details. You don't have to use it for calls, but it will list these missed calls for you.
If you also upload a csv file of contact names & numbers to Gradwell, the phone will display the name as well as the number of the person calling.
If you wish to, you can answer the 2nd call on the softphone without hanging up the 1st call on your existing handset.
This doesn't negate the need for the requested logs, but it does give you an immediate solution to one specific problem. -

Voipfone manage to produce this report so it can't be that difficult ;)

True - I did think of adding a softphone over the weekend, bu have not yet got around to doing it yet, especially since it is not possible to see the existing password for an extension - So in order to do this I have to create a new password and update both extensions. YES - I know there are good reasons for doing that, but it is a nuisance in this scenario.

I tested 1471 yesterday, and note that this correctly gives the number of a missed call. Since the information is available SOMEWHERE in the system, why can't it be shown in the call stats????

If this area of the system is updated, please can you add the "NAME" from the Contacts Directory, where it has been entered, to the information which is output. This just makes it easier to see who is calling the most.
